How long does it take to ship my order?
Once your order has been placed we take one business day to process your order We will endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping email with the tracking number once dispatched.
Do you have an actual store?
At this stage we are an online business only.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer gift cards in set amounts available for purchase through our website.
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and Pay Pal. We also accept Google Pay, Shopify Pay and Apple Pay and Afterpay.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do. We only use DHL Express.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or incorrect purchase. We will gladly offer a credit note in the form of a gift card within 10 days of purchase if you would like to return your item. Please email email@example.com for all return enquiries.

What happens if I receive a faulty product?
We pride ourselves on delivering beautiful pieces of quality jewellery. If it isn’t right please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customer mishandling and wear and tear is not considered a fault.
Do you offer a warranty?
Our pieces come with a 6 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials only. We will offer a replacement once the item has been proven faulty. Warranty does not cover general wear and tear.
My jewellery has tarnished what should I do?
All our pieces are delicate in nature and should be treated carefully. It is very normal for pieces to tarnish due to your skins acidity, particular creams/lotions, storage conditions or contact with water. If you have any questions regarding cleaning please email us at email@example.com
