Everyday Care
To help preserve the finish of your jewellery, we recommend removing your pieces before showering, swimming or exercising.
Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, oils and household cleaning products, as these may affect the finish over time.
Although our jewellery is designed to be worn and enjoyed, treating each piece with care will help maintain its beauty.
Cleaning
Sterling silver and solid gold jewellery can be gently cleaned using a soft polishing cloth.
Gold vermeil and plated jewellery should be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth only. Please note that all plated jewellery will naturally show signs of wear over time, depending on how it is worn and cared for.
Storage
When not being worn, store each piece separately in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
We recommend storing your jewellery in its CVLCHA pouch to help protect it from scratches and unnecessary contact with other jewellery.
Necklaces
Our chains are designed for everyday wear but should always be handled with care.
Avoid pulling, stretching or catching the chain, as this may weaken the links over time.
Pearls, Gemstones & Cubic Zirconia
Pearls, natural gemstones and premium cubic zirconia are beautiful materials that deserve thoughtful care.
Avoid impact against hard surfaces and exposure to perfumes, cosmetics, chlorine, salt water and harsh chemicals.
Store these pieces separately to help protect their surface and preserve their natural beauty.

Everyday Care
Avoid contact with alcohol-based products, including hand sanitiser, as they may damage the leather finish.
Protect your handbag from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat and humidity.
Take care to avoid contact with sharp objects that may scratch or mark the leather.
Storage
When not in use, gently wipe your handbag with a clean, dry microfibre cloth before storing it inside its CVLCHA dust bag.
Store your handbag upright in a cool, dry place without pressure being placed on it, as this may permanently alter its shape.
Avoid storing leather products in plastic bags.
Cleaning
After regular use, gently wipe the exterior with a clean, dry microfibre cloth.
If the interior requires cleaning, turn the bag inside out where possible and use a lint roller to remove dust and fine particles.
If your handbag becomes wet, gently absorb excess moisture with a soft microfibre cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Never use direct heat or a hairdryer.
Avoid contact with creams, oils, cosmetics and other products that may stain or permanently mark the leather.
