We do not offer refunds but will gladly offer a credit note in the form of a gift card within 10 days of your purchase.

Packages returned is at the customers expense (unless a faulty return is approved)

All items need to be returned in the original box and packaged in a similar way as to what you received your item. 

We reserve the right to assess the condition of your return prior to offering you a credit note. 

We take no responsibility for items that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. We recommend you return your items via registered post so that you can track delivery.

Sale items

Please consider your items carefully before making a purchase.

Items purchased during sales or clearances are final sale and cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty.  This also includes all sales using  promotional/ discount codes.

Due to Hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.  All returns must be in original condition and must not be worn or damaged.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.


Please note we do not offer exchanges



returned for assessment alleging a fault must be delivered to us at your expense and risk.  We do not accept any responsibility for faults in connection with;

*Cosmetic damage- including scratches and dents

*Damage caused by accident, misuse, liquid contact or other external use

*Damage caused by maintenance

*Damage that occurs in transit after leaving our premises.

*Warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear.




If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by our jewellers to be faulty.

On a case by case basis some faulty/ warranty cases may incur a fee.


Once payment has been processed you will receive an email notification with your order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched (allow 1-5 working days) you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note it is your responsibility to provide the correct address for your order to be delivered.  We will require a re-delivery fee if your order comes back to us.

Our gift cards are strictly virtual and are only redeemable on our online store .  An automatic email will be sent to the email address provided featuring a unique gift card code once payment has been processed.
