Refunds

Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order and items must be returned:

In original condition

In original CVLCHA packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 10 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items that are returned:
