We do not offer refunds but will gladly offer a credit note in the form of a gift card or a code will be provided to your account within 14 days of your receiving your purchase.
All return Items must be unworn, unused and in original CVLCHA Gift box, pouch with original Invoice within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your return ID number and return form.
All Items returned is at the customers expense (unless a faulty return is approved)
We reserve the right to assess the condition of your return prior to offering you a credit note.
We take no responsibility for items that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. We recommend you return your items via registered post so that you can track delivery.
Sales and Promotions
Please choose your items carefully before making a purchase.
Items purchased during sales or clearances are final sale and cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty. This also includes all sales using promotional/ discount codes.
Due to Hygiene regulations we are not able to accept returns on earrings.
We will happily exchange your item, only, if it has not been worn or damaged. All exchanges must be returned in original CVLCHA Gift box, pouch and Invoice within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com for your return ID number and return form.
