We stand behind the quality of every piece we create.
Every CVLCHA design is thoughtfully crafted using carefully selected materials and is inspected before leaving our studio. If you believe your piece has a manufacturing fault, we're here to help.
Jewellery Warranty
All CVLCHA jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty from the original date of purchase.
Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship.
If your item is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the item where appropriate.
To make a warranty claim, please contact customercare@cvlcha.com and include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
Warranty items returned for assessment are sent at the customer's expense.
Our warranty does not cover
- General wear and tear
- Tarnishing caused by improper care
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches or dents
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Damage caused by water, chemicals or excessive force
- Damage resulting from incorrect storage or maintenance
- Items damaged after delivery during customer transit
- Lost jewellery
- Broken chains caused by pulling or catching
- Pearls or gemstones damaged through impact
Handbag Warranty
CVLCHA handbags include a 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
The warranty does not cover:
- General wear from everyday use
- Scratches or scuffs
- Leather ageing or natural softening
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Water damage
- Damage caused by incorrect storage or care
- Normal changes in leather over time

Australian Consumer Law
Our warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing within this warranty limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
